To reduce the heat in your room, you can use infrared thermometers to check the temperature of the air. You can also use your heating and cooling system to achieve the same.

It is a fact that warm air rises and cool air descend so this is the reason why you have to keep your room cooler. The heat rises from your ceiling and your room’s walls. If you make sure that the room is cool enough then you will be able to work comfortably without feeling the heat.
